Rachal + Jon || Brewery and North Shore Engagement Session

What a spectacular day up the beautiful shores of Lake Superior with Jon and Rachal. You may remember their awesome love story when I blogged Jon’s surprise engagement earlier this summer here. If you missed it, I highly recommend you stop – go there and read that first – and then promise to come back. 🙂 Now that wedding plans are in full force, we trekked out and captured a bit more of these cool humans.
In true fashion of this lovely couple’s unique and inspiring relationship- they wanted engagement photos that reflected some of the things they loved. Namely, beer and cribbage (winning activities in my book!) and enjoying the outdoors.

P.S: Special thanks to the staff at Cedar Lounge, the amazing Earth Rider beer they serve, and the patrons who were enjoying their day-drinking Saturday who accommodated our fun! We even encountered a couple celebrating their own 35th wedding anniversary that day. They were celebrating by drinking beer and playing cribbage. We are going to take that as a good sign!
